Side Dishes

These side dishes are designed to do more than just sit in the middle of the table; full of flavour and simple to pull together, they can easily take centre stage themselves.

Use them to build out a meal alongside one of the mains on my website, whether you want something fresh and light or rich and comforting. My rosemary mashed potatoes are a go-to when I want something hearty and full of savoury flavour, while my cos salad with creamy dill dressing brings freshness and balance to richer dishes.
