- 10 grams fresh dill
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 lemon juice and zest
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 head cos lettuce
Instructions
- Finely chop your fresh dill. I use the stems as well as the leaves.
- Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and whisk until well combined. Season to taste.
- Wash and dry the cos lettuce. Cut however you like.
- Toss the salad with enough dressing to coat the leaves to your liking.
